About you:

Welcome, fellow procrastinators.

If you’re reading this, it means I finally got my shit together to set up a website! Yay!

It might also mean you are looking for help to do something too - that thing (or 3, or 30) that you want to do, are fully capable of doing, but can’t get started.

Maybe you’re feeling:

  • anxious about that weird thing you said last week, or

  • frustrated about how hard it is to turn your intentions into actions, or

  • exhausted by the brainpower required to meet the demands of basic adulting.

About Me:

I’m a neurodivergent mom of two fierce girls, a therapist, and a work in progress. I’m a daughter, a sister, a wife, a friend. I’m an introvert, an ally, an advocate, a feminist. I’m privileged to have these roles, and I often feel overwhelmed by trying to wear all of these hats. Not just because my brain processes the world differently, but because our social structure perpetuates a cycle of burnout. The human experience is not meant to be one-size-fits-all, and we don’t need to live in survival mode for years, decades, or generations.

That change starts small. It takes time. It starts with how we talk to ourselves. How we see ourselves in this world. It’s in learning to take risks, be vulnerable, do the scary thing, say no, say yes. We can’t make much progress with our goals if we’re ruminating, dissociating, self-medicating, or spiraling. Trust me, I’ve tried.

My approach to therapy:

Together we can work to understand your brain and figure out how to tackle challenges with motivation, procrastination, avoidance, and perfectionism. Beyond improving executive functioning, we’ll process the shame, guilt, and self-criticism keeping you feeling stuck.

It starts with the therapeutic relationship.

Along the way, we’ll clarify values, needs, and goals.

We’ll build skills, regulate our nervous systems, set boundaries.

We will heal old wounds and learn to let go.

We will laugh, curse, cry, scream.

We will show up for life in new and different ways.
